The game isn't fully completed yet and still has ways to go before it is. Many people who brought the game (esapcally early on will less in the game) who left it seem to either not understand early access games are games will being made and will have bugs or just didn't think was enough in the game yet to considering buying it early so it can depend on you and your personal choice. After all, these updates in early access are stepping stones for a full made game. The more updates happen the more is added to the game and changes it. Still the same genre with animal villagers and such and building up the town but lots of areas is very different. The game has small aspects similar to animal crossing but with the last couple of major updates its also now a different game that really stands on it's own. If you can understand this is an EARLY ACCESS game that is yet to fully made and understand these games are in the making and will have many bugs then could consider it.
